Your privacy on the Internet is important to us. This site is hosted by Advisys and we host the store/shopping pages, ordering system, and order data. We automatically collect order information you choose to provide us. By ordering through Advisys.com or downloading free software or other products from our website, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. We collect and use Information for business purposes involving the Individual. This information is obtained directly from the Individual. Advisys sometimes has contests and give-aways. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail only and will have 5 business days to respond or the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. Each potential winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability and publicity, including, but not limited to, the use of winner's name, hometown and photograph without additional compensation (where lawful) which must be signed and may require notarization and returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt, or the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. Each winner's name, city and country of residence and photograph, may be shown on the Advisys.com Web Site, which will include each winner's name, city and state and the dates upon which the prize was won and delivered.
